The Process

Labour Agreement Support

Labour agreements typically cost $10,000–$30,000—AJN offers this at no cost, provided the employer selects staff from AJN’s sponsored talent pool.

Nomination Approval

The labour agreement is submitted for approval. It is rarely rejected, and once approved, the employer is officially notified.

Visa Application by Candidate

The chosen candidate applies for their visa. Upon approval, the Department of Home Affairs notifies the employer, and relocation begins.

Arrival & Commencement

Once the candidate arrives in Australia, they must commence work within 2 weeks of landing, meeting the visa requirements.

Pathway to Permanent Residency

After 2 years of continuous service, candidates may be eligible to apply for the 186 Permanent Residency Visa.
